Happiness

According to Shawn Achor, one of the team who introduced the Havard "happiness" course, and author of the new book "The Happiness Advantage", a positive attitude leads to positive results and can be developed by practicing any of the following for 21 days in a row:

1. Begin your day by identifying 3 things for which you are grateful. Be specific and identify 3 new things each day. You could use what you are grateful about for yourself, about work and about a team member. You can do this with your team or your family, also.
2. Spend five minutes a day doing journaling about positive experiences.
3. Exercise daily
4. Meditate for two minutes a day by sitting quietly and watching your breath flow in and out.
5. Practice random acts of kindness.
